Pugster Your website says there is free shipping on orders of $49 or more. I have $157 in my card and it tells me in my cart that it qualifies for free shipping. Internet

Your website says there is free shipping on orders of $49 or more. I have $157 in my card and it tells me in my cart that it qualifies for free shipping. But when I go to checkout & despite being told repeatedly on the website that my order qualifies for free shipping it's charging me $13,194 shipping! No where on your website does it stat that clearance items are do not qualify for the free shipping. Avoid Pugster
