Do not do business with Jennifer Varner of www.pure-ecommerce.com. I had originally paid Jennifer to load up products for my new ecommerce site after it was finished but decided not to keep the site because of lack of time with other commitments. After I informed her I was going to get rid of the site and would like to have my money refunded back for services never rendered, she gave me a lousy excuse why she could not. Jennifer told me she had already paid someone else to load the products but she originally told me she was personally going to do them herself. She flat out lied to me and does not want to give me my money back for services never rendered. After disputing this transaction with my credit card company they told me unfortunately there are people out there who try to take advantage of innocent consumers.

I want to warn anyone thinking of doing business with Jennifer Varner of

pure-ecommerce.com!!!!

I purchased a site from Jen and she has been very helpful and understanding. Since purchasing this site, I have had several setbacks, yet my issues have, in no way, been the fault of anyone else. Things happen in life and they happen to all of us. I knew when I purchased my site that it was up to me to make my business work and there was no turning back once I signed that contract. When purchasing any business, you can't just up and change your mind because of other issues going on. Life doesn't work that way. Let's say you buy a site and 2 or 3 years later something tragic happens in your life and you don't want it anymore. So what now? Demand a refund? Ummm, NO. Suck it up and move forward the best we can. I know this isn't easy, believe me, if anyone knows this, it is me. This past year has been a total nightmare for me and my family. However, life is what we make it and, hopefully, I'm making it better for myself and those around me because life is too short to hold grudges and blame others needlessly. I wish everyone lots of success with their businesses and I support Jennifer Varner 100% because she is trying to help us succeed. She has a lot of wisdom to share and I want to be first in line to hear what she has to say.

I tried to be a nice guy about my dispute with Jennifer Varner and I even went as far as to post that I was wrong and jumped the gun. Jennifer gave me that little appology speech to post in effort of trying to work things out, she has falsely spoken about me and I want to set the record straight. I did not quit the day after the website was built, I did not quit because of my disabilty situation which by the way shows how low class she is for posting my private medical info. I do have the original email I sent Jennifer that says I could not run the website because of my commitment with fulltime school and need to find out about selling it. I even emailed her today to refresh her memory. So the story Jennifer Varner told you about me is in correct and if anyone has a right to sue it is me for libel defamtion! She never sent me a vendors list which is also what she claims is part of the expense that was not refundable. The pictures were not 100 that were supposed to be loaded but 200, she got that wrong too! I think I was not in the wrong and feel it is my right to speak out against this situation. I have told the truth and not lied about anything so if anyone wants to question me I have the proof! And to all of Jennifers clients , do not be so quick to judge especially if you do not know all of the facts!

Dave and I have worked out our arragement. I agreed to refund Dave for the amount he wanted back. Our situation has been resolved and Dave handled the resolution in a fair manner. I appreciate him posting the comments and admiting to jumping the gun. I don't think Dave is a bad guy I think he had some preconcived notions based on past experiences with other companys.

I have purchased a bussiness, SomethingAboutStationery.com with Pure-Ecommerce-Jennifer Varner. I have had nothing but a positive experience with her company. She has gone above and beyond anything that has been expected of her. No signed contract should be entered into lightly and the contract with Pure-Ecommerce specificly states no refunds. Considering Mr. Valcaro's situation, he should have known prior to signing a contract that a new business would affect his disability payments. By taking down his site and not allowing the site to be completed, he broke his end of their agreement. It is unfortunate that when Mr. Valcaro realized he made a mistake due to a lack of communication that Mr. Valcaro posted a negative comment that could potentially hurt the business of Pure-Ecommerce. It seems that Mr. Valcaro seems to (and these are his words) "jump the gun" quite a bit. I believe Mr. Valcaro could make better use of his time by figuring out a way to post a public apology to Pure-Ecommerce/Jennifer Varner. Any potential clients, please feel free to contact me to verify these comments and my business relationship with Pure-Ecommerce.com.

I just purchased a site two days before Mr. Dave's rip-off comments (his comments did not seem right) and I totally agree with Britt's comments of Not Fair. Also everything is explained in the Terms and Conditions on the Pure-Ecommerce site and by signing and faxing back info, it is binding. Starting a business is not an easy task just so many steps (one does not give up without trying too!) and I look forward to having Jennifer teach me everything. Just look at all her sites and information that Jennifer has published. Go ahead and google: pure-ecommerce llc you will find lots of info. Thank you.

Correction on Pure Ecommerce LLC

#12Author of original report

Sun, April 20, 2008

I feel bad that I wrote the above comments-I have been ripped off in the past and assumed that is what was happening with Pure Ecommerce LLC. It has turned out to be a misunderstanding. Jennifer Varner and Pure Ecommerce has been more than fair in deciding to refund money as I decided to pull my site off line so she could'nt finish the work. That was not her fault and I see that now. Pure Ecommerce has agreed to refund money despite the above and I appreciate that. I jumped the gun and reacted too quickly. While working with Pure Ecommerce Jennifer was very patient and fair to me as I know she had my best interest at heart. I simply jumped the gun in writing the above. Dave

I'm not sure what Dave is talking about. I would highly recommend Pure-Ecommerce.com and Jennifer Varner. I bought 2 ecommerce businesses from Jennifer Varner. She fullfilled every obligation she had and did extra for me. Everything I needed to know was spelled out in the contracts she sent me. Jennifer Varner and Pure-Ecommerce is a extremely ethical professional business. Jennifer is very upfront and honest about all fees and services. And from my experience she goes beyond what she is hired to do. I would never hesitate to recommend Pure Ecommerce for internet business.

Dave came to Pure Ecommerce LLC to have has design a website for him. He also had us load 100 product photos onto his site. Exactly one day after we launched the site we designed for him he informed me that he had to take down the site because he was on disabilty from a mental breakdown that he had at his job as a car sales men. He said that receiving income from the site would get in the way of his disabilty payments. He said he would be on disabilty for 3 years. He than pulled the site down without our knowledge. The fact that Dave pulled down his site made it impossible for us to finish our job. We could'nt load 100 products onto a site that was gone. I feel his accusations are completly unfounded and unfair. Despite the fact that he did this I told him that I would give him his $200.00 back but I would do it through the credit company because I wanted a third party to hear the story. I was waiting for the credit card company to contact me when I found out he posted these comments. The credit card company told him he could'nt have his money back for a reason and he got mad. Dave signed a contract that said Pure Ecommerce offers no refunds. Though he signed that contract , and I already paid people to load his products I was still willing to refund him most of the money. He told me he had already contacted the credit card company. I told him that I would than deal with it through the credit card company. It was not my fault that he decided to pull his site down. He made it impossible for us to complete our job and he knew I already paid someone to do his pictures. I have emails and a contract to back up my above statements. I also have phone records of him calling my home and cell phone 12-19 times a day. I did nothing wrong and I encourage anyone reading this to contact ANY of my clients and all of them will attest to my business ethics. I am pursuing his comments in a court of law in LA. I am also contacting all of my clients and asking them to post comments and rebutals about their services through Pure Ecommerce LLC.

I have purchased a website through Pure ecommerce and have had nothing but POSITVE and very informative and CORRECT information. What was asked to be done has ALWAYS have been done with NO issues! Jen has been a VERY honest and POSITIVE person with NO problems what so ever! Everything I signed was READ and UNDERSTOOD that there would be NO NO NO Refunds! How can people run businesses if after services were done are then asked to be refunded for them! How dare people like YOU Dave!
