On 10/31/2006 I hit a link for a trail size of Phentrazine 37.5 for weight reduction. It was 4.95 and I saw no other links there. 20 Days later I get a package in the mail with now 2 60 count bottles of Phentrazine and one water pill bottle,and a pill cutter.

I immediatly called the company only to get a jerk on the phone. He said I agreed to this when I read and checked the terms and conditions. Absolutly NO REFUNDS! I told him the site said satisfaction guarenteed, he said I had applied for an AP program and that I would have to pay that every 2 months. I was charged $149.95, if I cancel I will also have to pay 49.95 to cancel. I told him I wanted to send the product back he said NO! I was AP which meant I got an wholesale price and there are absolutly NO Refunds!!!

I was in a fix as I cannot afford this at all. I called him 3 times only to come up against the same wall, I told him I could not take the product as it made me so ill after 4 pills, that I quit it. It took days for my stomach to come back to normal. I went a did some research on his site today and found out that of course he lied, If you order it you cannot get the terms and conditions link to come up, it is a dead link.

I have put a complaint into the charge company but I know he is going to fight it. He is that kind of a jerk. he told me to fill out a support ticket and I did, when I got a response the next day it just gave me a link to Refund policy but not any information how to do it, The information contradicted itself all over.

I am currently going to contact the Attorneys Gerneral Office Monday, 8 on your side on the TV, FBI for internet fraud. I hope by the time I am done with him he will have to leave the internet.

The website also told me if I make it so the new charges won't go through then I get sued. So there you have it another jerk that thinks he can bend the rules and rip off people.

I will try to keep the group informed as to any progress or not progress.
