A rip-off is a rip-off, contract or none. Any DECENT business will take returns from good customers. We are good customers of Pure Fitness, and we continue to be members. But to blatantly refuse to refund monies for which you've not yet given anything in return is the very reason that these so-called health spas receive such bad press. As far as the contract is concerned, we were not even given a copy of it. We will return to Pure Fitness Monday to obtain a copy. Meanwhile, if you work for that company, we would suggest that you attempt to serve your clients, not rip them off.

When you sign a contract, you agree to abide by the terms of said contract. Just because you felt, halfway into your training sessions, that you knew everything there was to know and did not need a trainer any longer, does not absolve you of fulfilling your contractual obligations. I do not understand why you are crying rip off when (1) you paid for a contractually-bound service, (2) said service was provided to you as agreed upon.
