QTBill A phone service of some sort, I can not talk to anyone at the company to discuss the problem I am facing. over charge of collect call for five minutes plus it was local not out of state Internet
I have been receiving on- going calls from a company that will not acknowledge who it is from the time I get out of bed till I go back to bed at night.
I have tried to call them from this number (866-720-2137) the only number given so that I may discuss the outrageous charge for a five minute collect phone call I received on Feb 22 2012. This was not an out of state call either, just a five minute call. The company does not give its name, the call is auto-mated and I can not get threw to any operator to discuss FCC regulations, or how I was charge such a high charge for a five minute call. The only way of payment is recorded as being QTBill.com Just say I would agree to pay them almost 20.00 for a five minute call, say I want to mail them so much money at a time? I can not do that for the only way of payment is by qtbill.com.
I do not want to use any credit or dedbit card with such a company that will not have a conversation with you through personal operators, all of the calls coming to my house come from different states like Texas, Illnoise, the list goes on, Florida too.
I have never dealt with such an outrageous company before with no way of talking to anyone from the company personally. You can not get through to any operators so you can discuss the matter they are calling about, also I have never know a five minute call to cost almost 20.00.
