These people signed me up for telephone services with out my permission then charge me a big fee. when I contact them nicely and told them that I never heard of their company and never signed up for their company the person contact me back with a mean letter saying shut up or pay up. I am shocked that some one will be so mean and un caring and un concern. I told them to cancel what ever services they have on me and I was told that unless I pay 30 dollars they will not cancel my service

Communicated with Sabrina via email, we recorded the names of both parties to the phone connection in question. Once she heard the recordings she replied: Okay I just heard the recording and you are correct the voice belongs to my 18 year old daughter name... in the mean time please close what ever account that my daughter open using my phone number and sorry for the nasty message.
