We contacted Craig/Tom/TJ for a discounted pool heater. He brought us a broken down unit, taped together, installed it. Gave receipt with warranty. It ran for two hours, never heated the water in our pool, now it won't even turn on and it is pulling water from the pump and draining the pool. We called him, sent him texts. He texted back he was in hospital for 3 weeks. Big crock. Now he won't return any calls, told us that he was not into returning any money and won't come to fix unit.
