Quality Relocation Services American National Van Lines No delivery. no contact no ones answers calls Commerce City Colorado
I called American Nation Van Lines located in North Palm Beach, Fl 855-650-6683. They were very nice, the price was good, so I booked my move from Kansas City, MO to Henderson, NV. Yhe that arrived had no name on it. 3 men were in the truck, they were about an hour late.....no big deal. Preston went over all the paper work, stickers with me and it all seemed so ligit while the workers were loading. We watched them for the most part, we had to leave for about an hour and we even brought them drinks. My stuff was already in a storage unit, so they just needed to load it, but they took extra care wrapping things.
The problem is this, I can't get ahold of the driver, he said he would be delivery within 5 to 7 days. they picked up on Thurs. Aug 29th and were suppose to be here Sept. 2nd or 3rd.
I really don't know who to contact because I orginally contracted with American National Van Lines, contact person Tammy.
She keeps giving me the run a around with delivey dates, first reason for delay was because everyone in the company is Jewish and Sept 5th was the Jewish New Year and everyone was out of the office. Finally after I texted her, she won't answer calls so you have to text her, she then gets back with me late afternoon and texts me the delivery date is now Between Friday Sept 13 - Sunday Sept 15.
So who are these people? Are they the same company or what?
I have that awful feeling in the pit of my stomach that I will never she my stuff again
What should I do? What can I do at this point? Who is responiable American National Van Lines or Quality Relocation Serices?

Well I got my belongings over a month later. Most everything is damged in one way or another. All boxes were smashed and all glass was broken. Also have several things missing. They demanded cash, would not reweigh before and after unloading.
I have yet to get any satisfaction and it's almost been a year. Before my stuff actually came, I did talk to this foreign dude, he yelled at me, called me a liar and all kinds of unpleasant things. I was sure after that I would never see my things again, but they came by way of yet another company 777 movers. They refused to reweigh, said they were never told to do so after I was promised it would be done. The price more then doulbed by the time I got my stuff, they charged for false stuff, it has jsut been an absolute nightmare. They refuse to pay me for damages, refuse to pay me the late fees and basically have not worked with me at all. I want to sue them if anyone is interested, lets go!
DO NOT USE THEM !!! Because in the end you will pay more then you would with a good name company.
