Please be advised that my debit card is being charged without my authorization for several months now. Due to being unaware of these charges, I have also received compounded charges from my banking institution for every insufficient Questsavers and NSS Magazine charge submitted.

I spoke with a representative from Questsavers last evening on 10/27/03, who after 20 minutes of deliberating agreed to reimburse my account for partial charges (Questsavers only) and close the account in an effort to calm me after I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau.

This misfortune has caused me a terrible inconvenience as well as financial dismay; as I have relocated to another state and have no means of reconciling with my banking institution at this time other than to close the account all together.
