Quicken Loans Deception by Quicken Loans Livonia Michigan
Quicken Loans is a giant scam. They want your credit card deposit of $500 to show that you are "serious" about the loan and you will not be charged until the loan is processed. Not so. Also, they use a bait and switch routine. They assure you they can get you a loan for certain amount at a certain interest rate, but upon further investigation you don't qualify for that program. However, they do have a loan that will fit your needs, just not that one.
You hear guarantees about the loan. They'll tell you don't worry, you got it. There are ways around this and that. Then, in the end there is no guarantee. Not only do you not have the loan you were promised, you are also $500 lighter.
Calling supervisors is no help either. They claim to review all of the phone calls for anything that was promised or not, like the $500, and never heard such a conversation. Imagine that. They are crooks. What they do should be illegal.
