Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I ordered a product online and I was careful to read every page as I clicked through. The product was a trial, the customer pays shipping. I received said product. Shortly after, I am charged on my credit card, so I tried finding the phone number to the company, which isn't on the receipt. I found the number by typing the name of the company (Radiant Revive) and found the first site was "Rip-Off". I called the number on the "Rip-Off" site and a lady responded. I explained the situation and her response was that I did not read the "Terms of Agreement". I asked where they were and she stated that they were on the page. I told her that regardless, I want to cancel my subscription.

She tried to sell me more offering a discount, first of 30% then she continued to 50%. By this time I was really frustrated and told her to cancel immediately. After hanging up, I checked the site and found that the so-called "Terms of Agreement" are at the very bottom, in small print, of course. These so-called terms should be front and center if a company wants to retain customers. It is deceiving when they are not clearly visible to the customer. The $89.95 charge will be my lesson. This company has used deceiving tactics to get customers signed-on and charged for their products. When selling anything, honesty is the best policy to retain customers and to grow a business.

Charged Yet Again

I awoke this morning 03/05/2018 to check my emails only to discover that I was charged yet again for these products. I called at 7 am EST and asked the representative about the charge. She told me that that the first cancellation did not go through. Seriously??!! Now I know that this product is hype.

Buyer beware. If this were a genuine company, they would not cheat their customers. Real companies want to retain customers and do whatever they can to assure customers that the product and customer service is worth the try.

Adding Insult to Injury

I discovered that after I filed a report regarding Radiant Revive 40, I received notification from my bank that another $84.95 has been charged to my credit card. Unbelievable how this company cheats it's customers. The site does not ask if you want additional products. It just adds it. The company needs to made accountable for their sketchy sales techniques. So, in addition to the $89.95 that I was willing to assume as a lesson, now an additional $84.95 to add insult to injury!
