The first stage of "BUYER'S REMORSE" is that you did'nt get scammed. The second is Defending the company and hoping others will be suckered too. After all, STUPIDITY LOVES COMPANY!

I spoke with the manager of the local distributor and after a lengthly conversation, it was determined that a deviation from their set script for consumer contact led to their phone presentation appearing misleading. She agreed that they either need to make sure their people follow their script or rewrite it to make sure it is accurate. I am still not sure about my mom, but since i was not there, I cannot get more info on that. So that closes the episode. PS: Rexair, Inc handled the problem stellar by contacting their District Manager, who gave the distributor 2 hours to contact me and work to resolve what went wrong. So thumbs up to the Rexair corporation for followup on my problem.
