We stayed at a very crummy hotel with a broken phone, broken remote control, no hairdryer, a rip in the bedspread, besides being the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was no "resort."

Alamo charged us an extra $175 for the same charges I already paid to Ramada Plaza Resort ($130) for a rental car that was "included" in the vacation package. Ramada told me that I was only responsible for gas, insurance, and taxes.

In order to get our Universal Studios passes, we had to take a 3 hour condo timeshare salespitch presentation. These people insisted that my friend and I (who are in major debt as well as have student loans) could go in together to buy a condo even though we said we had absolutely no money whatsoever to pay for it.

I had called Ramada Plaza Resorts many times during our vacation over all of these issues. I talked to supervisors, etc. but they could not give us any satisfication on a single one of these items.

We waited three years to take this vacation and it was horrible! I have to wait another year until I have another week of vacation to take my real vacation.

We paid $800 for this "deal." It wasn't worth $100!

We were very upset and didn't even want to stay at the crummy hotel and go to Disney World. We wanted to go home!
