Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando RamadaPlazaResorts I paid in for years, spouse died, only I went,p aid for two, was going to charge me 300 to pospone. They should be put out of business Kissimee Florida
It took me years to pay for it,when time to go, I needed surgery, my spouse had past. Wanted to charge me 300$ to postpone, paid for two and I had to go alone. My birth certificate did not arrive so I did not get to cruise to Bahamas. They did not even offer me anything back. I was in carpal tunnel braces,back brace and no one offered to carry my bags in Orlando or South Fla. We were told we would be treated like royalty so I'm dragging my bags two floors. I was in so much pain I could not get out except to eat, which was another disaster, the food. Even my rent a car died and I was expeted to sit with the car for 45mins. to charge, Not my job. It took them over 8hrs to get me a car, til 3 in the morning when I had to get up at 6 to drive 4hrs back to th airport I was told the drive was only two hrs. The hotels were nasty, Ft.Lauderdale had roaches and ants. I never saw so many rude people in my life. The whole experience was a disaster. I sure was not treated like royalty. They should be put out of business and every one be refunded I never seen so many furious people about their vacation either.
