I Went through the same phone call you did and went to the on-line site and had the same problems so I called the company back. I told them that I did not read anything on the certificate sent to me that I would have to pay for the Cruise (except port charges and government taxes). The gentleman explained to me that the Cruise is free. They just add the Ft. Lauderdale & Orlando, FL part of the vacation to make it full vacation package. The Company is paying 55% of the rest of package, for my information about it and to tell my friends and family. They would even let me pay $66.00 now and the rest over 18 months and I could still travel at any time even if I did not have it paid off yet. If I just wanted the cruse it would be free and I could go to the on-line site and enter the password "free cruise". I tried it and it did work. I think this company is trying to get their name out and what services they can provide by offering the free Cruise but, the addition of the extended packages is not being made clear over the phone. If you signed up for the package already I think you will have a great time. If I could afford it I would be joining you but, I am unable to. I Hope this helps!
