ramona tire road hazard scam rancho mirage California
had a tire go bad,belt seperated . big buble half way around tire. i took the truck in to the tire store and had them look at it? the man at the desk did not even look at the tire at all ! he looked at my copy of the invoice and said you did not buy the road hazard warr so theres no warranty on the tires.
well i did not hit anything if i did there would be damage on the tire and i would know if i hit anything i have gone to the best schools in the world worked for BMW 15 yrs master tech ASE master so on. the tires are defective they where replaced at 38.666 miles and the first tire went bad at 60.053 miles and there 60.000 mile warranty tires or 5 years 02/26/2010 was the date installed and the first tire went bad 04/20/2013 thats still under defect replacement warranty.
on 06/12/2013 one more tire did the same thing came apart from defect in tire buble half way around tire miles 63.545 theres a lot of tread left on the tires lot of miles left and there bad do to a defect not a nail in the road.

i was lied to and treated bedly ramona tires riped me off for two tires and i will never go back to them.
big o tires really gave me a good deal on new tires and there did not need to do that but they said it was a defect in the tire but the tire was not a brand they carryed so they could not warranty them.
i still have both old tires to show anyone who wants to see them.
