ratchet infotech i am former emloyee of the company use to scam people from ratchet Chandigarh Internet
I am a former employee of the company Ratchet Infotech(http://ratchetinfotech.us/). We use to represent our company as Hp, Canon, Epson and many more. If a customer would call us from US/Canada for the issue with their computer or printer, we use to take remote access of their computer and scare them by saying that they have viruses in their computer that is the reason there printer was not working and it could also put their personal details and baking information on risk and then ask them to pay a large amount as $300 or $400 by offering year support or one time support for their computer and fixing that simple software issue. Mostly old people would call us who didn't have any knowledge of computers and they would end up becoming fools of our scam by paying us money for no reason. Daily our team would make fake sales of around $8000-$9000 by scamming innocent people of US and Canada. After a while i understood the real motive behind company's MD Mr. Manoj Vasudev, who is just trying to fill his pockets by running a big fraud, so ileft the company. I request people if by mistake they end up calling these frauds, please do not give them remote access to your computer and hang up the call immidietely. They are frauds and still stealing money out of you pockets. BEWARE!!!
