RCA / TTE Technology RCA and TTE Technology have left a trail of diconnected and out of service phone numbers and intrnet addresses for support of RCA tv's made by TTE Technology. Indianapolis Indiana
RCA and TTE Technology have refused to provide customer support for TV's made under the RCA brand by TTE Technology. Phone numbers and internet contacts are either non-existant or disconnected. The product in question is a DLP 52" tv with an increasing number of white pixel dots. I have been advised by repairmen this is caused by an inherently defective DMD chip. Unless a new $400 chip is provided by the mfg., repair cost would be prohibitive.
