Realty Consulting Partners, Michael A Gardocki, Basheer M Khumawala SURE IT'S READY FOR OCCUPANCY...OH, MIND THE ROACHES.... Stafford Texas
The man calling himself Michael A Gardocki, representing the apartment unit (#48) owner, Basheer M Khumawala, invited me to move in. He said he had had the place all taken care of. The fact of the matter is that Gardocki may have done a little spraying himself, maybe, but he didn't show up to let Bug State Pest Control in when they showed up regularly. Gardocki lives up in Stafford, Tx. He doesn't really managed the apartment. During the months unit #48 was unoccupied, he let the roaches take over.
When I moved in, I checked the kitchen area. He hadn't even cleaned behind/under the roll out refrigerator. It was a ugly roach haven. Unfortunately, that was AFTER I moved in. Gardocki SHOULD have seen to the regular anti-roach treatment done by Bug State, but didn't. So I move in...and the roaches move into all my stuff. There's nothing I can do, but move out, or live with roaches. I've lived with ROACHES now for SIX (6) MONTHS. This was all due to Gardocki's negligence and owner Khumawala's cold unwillingness to fix things. My last six (6) months have been hell.
I have to be ready to KILL something every minute I'm in the apartment. Roach dust; the unsuitability for guests, being in the KILL mode continually - these things hurt and damage a person. I went into this rental deal in good faith. Mr Basheer M Khumawala and Michael A Gardocki need to make serious amends for their lack of caring and due diligence. I want the small claims court maximum for their poor business practices. They've been doing this a long time. They know better.

Gardocki, as Realthy Consulting Partners, been handling Khumawala's property since 2002. Khumawala can't be bothered with such trivialities though the situation may be endangering lives, and is certainly ruining the quality of them. Thanks, Michael. Thanks, Basheer. Your family would be SO proud.... Gardocki has political aspirations in Sugar Land, Texas, where he lives. Gardocki already misuses what power he has. I can testify to that. Realty Consulting Partners is based in Stafford, Texas. Gardocki had me move into his own little Roach farm. The money he and his boss saved in not taking care of the apartment has cost me and others, big time. Unethical business practices. Please, folks, when you run into rats like this, alert the authorities! Khumawala and Gardocki used a Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) Residential Lease on me. They are not members of TAR, so the use of the TAR form is unauthorized. The form it is set up so that I can't sue Khumawala and Gardocki without having to pay their legal fees; a sneaky way of keeping plaintiffs from filing numerous suits against them. I suspect Khumawala and Gardocki would be on welfare if everybody they ripped off went after them. You'll be fine if you simply remember to steer clear of Realty Consulting Partners, Michael A. Gardocki, and 'Professor' Basheer M. Khumawala. Bad guys are bad guys, whether they use a gun, a lease agreement, etc. It's a sad sign of the times when people, who know better, do cruel, sneaky things.
