No call can be made outside of the building, legally or realistically. No employee has access to account records outside the building. As him being 'rude' and apparently drunk is false because that is not tolerated in any business. Employees are required to wear slacks and collared shirts every day. No way did an employee sneak in drunk and disorderly as you are claiming. On the note of credit information being incorrect, we only call who the creditors give us. Take the case to the original creditor.

Any (true) representative of this company, whose sole purpose is to collect a debt, would never in their right mind act this way. There are several federal collection laws that have to be followed. With that being said, I find this report to be false & simply a mere bash on somone in this line of work. Somtimes debts are not reported to the creditors correctly, which can lead to them being sent to collection agency after collection agency. That would be a rare case though.
