Now the company is out and out lying! They state in their rebuttal I was given an opportunity to return the item or receive a refund. Thats a straight out lie. After I sent them 4 e-mails and left 2 messages on there answering machine-I received no response from them what so ever!!! And to this day no one from their company has contacted me about fixing this problem!! Dont buy from Redzucco.com.---
