This company is being deceitful as it does not disclose the following information.  Consumers must contact Regal Cigs within 14 days of placing the order not 14 days once you receive it or even 30 days to try it.  If you do not contact them within the first 14 days of placing the order they will charge your credit card full price for the kit and tack on an additionally price for 5 cartridges that are stated to be included in the starter kit.

You will also be automatically signed up for refills and charged accordingly.  You do not see this anywhere when placing the order.  Regal Cigs told me it is listed in the terms & conditions link way down at the bottom of the web page in small print next to contact us and similar links.  They should have this information come up while checking out and on all emails so that the consumer is aware.
