Regal electronic cigarettes offered a free 14 day trial on the product.  The customer is required to pay  shipping charges and when you look at the ad, it looks pretty straight forward.  But here is how it really works.

You pay 5.95 in shipping and your free trial begins that day.  For me it took 9 days to receive it through the mail.  After the 14th day your credit card is billed 119.95 plus 59.95 per month for refills that I didn't order in the first place.

I called right away to cancel and was told that it couldn't be canceled until they received the product back.  Since it took 9 days in transit then I assume it will take nearly as long on the return trip.  So no matter what I do, my credit card will be billed for 119.95.  So where is my free trial period?

Also, the 119.95 is more than the price of the exact same product through the regular web site which is 89.95.  There is no free trial period.  It is a ripoff.
