They lore you with a $4.95 offer.  In the fine print (which you have to look for carefully) you are agreeing to a monthly shipment of replacement cartridges at a significantly higher price than competitive, reputable companies.  Somewhere in the fine print, it also says that you have to return the product in 14 days from date of order otherwise they will then charge you an additional $119.95.  But you don't get the original shipment in time to return (if you even found the fine print that stated this).

When I received it, I thought their product tasted awful compared to another brand I had (blu). I called and told them I wanted to cancel the monthly shipments. They said they would send a different flavor cartridge at no cost to try first and extend my cancellation date.  Of course, the new cartridges came one day before the cancellation. When I called to cancel, they had already shipped the next shipment and charged me. 

They are nothing but a ripoff operation.  Completely unreputable and a lousy product to boot.  I have been very happy with blu.  No montly shipments; order when necessary; less than 1/2 the price of Regal.  Avoid these guys at all costs (or it will cost you).
