Reliant Energy Transfer your Service into Someone elses Name with out Your Permission Pflugerville, Texas
Do not use Reliant Energy if you are sharing an apartment or house with someone else. If the other people you are sharing with get mad at you and decide to change electric companies, Reliant will just change the service and not let you know. If you have a contract with Reliant they will keep your $150.00 of your $480.00 deposit because the other people decided to put the electric in their name and not tell you, so Reliant keeps your money and turns off the electric (they say they don't turn it off) they just take your money and transfer the electric to the new company. YOU are OUT the $150.00 not them. They say that they are to busy to make sure that the person that has the electric in their name is still living in the house or apartment, they just SCREW YOU. SO Beware of Reliant.
If I decide to stay in Pflugerville, I assure you I will not use RELIENT ENERGY.
