Well, I guess in her world 27 days past due is 13 days. After 96 phone calls and not one return call it is very hard to help someone who is less than honest from the very beginning. Oh and by the way, the messages left were NOT from the store manager but, the collections manager. Our insurance company would have helped her had she followed through with the procedures set in place within the first week of losing her job. However, she chose to ignore phone calls, messages and emails. Hope you have found a job and have a nice day!
