RenueDerma and Dermaology The RenueDerma made my face feel numb and the Dermaology made my face itchy . San Diego California
I ordered a free trial on January 13th, 2015 and received both of them in one package in the 16th of January. I've been calling their phone number to cancel but no answer while I wait with background music. There's no one there, I've tried calling numerous times just to see his long it would take a customer service representative yo answer. Fail every time and waited over 30 minutes every time. Please help me find out who this company is because I'm scared for others and I also don't want to be charged on my credit card.
My report was done on the last page please look at it. However, if my complaint was not seen then understand that Dermaology and RenueDerma have made my skin itchy and numb. Please don't use these products it's a scam as well. Their phone number leaves you on the phone for hours with elevator music yet not a human in site to help you. Please help me get my money back, thank you.
