Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This bike shop is supposed to be the only for fixie bikes in San Diego (I guess the forgot to check all the others) and is the size of a small bathroom.  they have no inventory, to simply order parts and jack up prices while extending the repair time, and is a husband-and-wife transplants from the East Coast, only in San Diego for a year or two.

They are completely unhelpful, sit behind the counter of their tiny, no customers-having-shop, were totally uninterested in productively answering any question that could possibly help you with your bicycle problems and bring them business at the same time. They have a strange location between Asian massage parlors and Bailbonds shops, when asked why didn't move anywhere else they said "because we hate San Diego."

After doing a subpar job on my bike, I was left an incredibly rude voicemail that I needed to pick it up out of their store immediately as it's was taking up too much space in their tiny store (it's a $4,500 carbon fiber bike).when I went to pick it up, the owner gave his usual attitude and handed me my bike diassembled because he didn't have time. What?

Their business sense and horrible customer service/attitudes leads me to believe they may get lucky and remain in business business another few months to a year in San Diego, then it's bye-bye back to the East Coast for these two losers.

Wow! We're not sure where yo're dropping your dueces but if you're using bathrooms bigger than our 950 sq. ft. shop, you must be doing all right for yourself!

Anyone who has actually been to the shop knows we are stocked from floor-to ceiling with all the best track bikes, frames & parts, our prices are extremely fair and we provide extremely quick service. They also know we are located in a nice building between a major Krav Maga studio and specialty running shoe store.

We moved to San Diego because we love it here and I hate to break it to you, "Max", but San Diego loves us too and we're here to stay. Although it saddens us a bit that you have nothing more productive to do with your time, perhaps you should consider staying off the internet and finding a new hobby.
