Rheem Water Heater Warranties Atlanta Georgia
I have a two year old water heater from Rheem. It was installed when the house was built. It hasn't been working for about a week now and Rheem has done nothing but give me the run around on fixing it. First they tell me they don't make that model anymore and I have to pay $500 for a new water heater, nice warranty doesn't cover their business decisions. My HVAC guy and me both spent a day on the phone with them. I got them to cover another $200. So, it will now cost me $300 for my own warranty.
The next day, I am told they will no longer do that because they found a part for my discontinued water heater, that's only two years old, halfway across they US. They said they would over night the part at no cost to get this cleared up. Two full business days later, still not part.
