To the management, landlord, and maintenence staff of Sunset Vista park in Magna, Utah. Please be advised that overhanging tree branches cause a safety hazard when snow weighs them down. According to the contract I signed, Section 6, Lot Care, subsection (h): park management , at your discretion, will help maintain trees already exisiting when the "tenant/owner" takes posession of the property. Once a year tree trimming must be done for the safety of the effected houses. It is why there are maintenence employees. Please be aware that the lack of fiduciary responsibility and dwelling safety creates a breach of contract.
The street lamp, that we have been waiting 5 months to have repaired is still not working. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE. FIX IT. Protection of the Landlord's property is what matters, not the occupants, and any further disregard of maintence on my premises violates number 2 (#2) Compliance with Laws, with the Rules and Regulations, as provided in the Amendment of Rules and Regulations . Furthermore, non-compliance can be considered intentional, which could be negligence and thought of as destruction of private property. Stop violating your own rules. If I could move I would.
