Richard, Craigs List Cell Phone Flasher And Seller Scammer, sells phones he can not use with warrantys he does not honor. Phones do not work, when proven he ignores you. Tucson Arizona
I did not want to post this but its become obvious that Richard is not going to deal with this issue. I do not want other people taken by this person as I am out 272.00 which he assured me he would handle as he would not want anyone to think of him in this way.
I bought a Sprint PPC6700 Cell Phone from Richard, this is his contact info.
520-248-7948 (Cell w/ T-Mobile)

He sells these phones flashed etc which he did do, however it can not be programed unless you know the code to do so. He claims he did not know this, I provided him with this proof:

He was sent this information 2 days ago and after emailing and leaving messages I finally got him to answer the phone when I called from another number. He said his tech was to call me and gave me this number:
520-270-2238 It goes straight to a voice mail system.
He now again refuses to answer. I did not want to think he was a scammer as the gentlemen was older but after this it is planly obvious that he is not going to handle this issue. So I am letting others know about it. I am sure he will flag it so I am posting it on local forums, myspace, the autolog, everywhere I can to make sure this gentleman stops scamming others as well as ripoffreport.com
If he has scammed you let me know. There is not a lot we can do alone but if we come together I have a family member on the force who can get a det. to get involved.
Again I bought a Sprint PPC6700 that he was paid 200 for to flash and setup. He can not get it working now and I paid 72.0 to get a cricket account started. I am now out 272.00 and he has quite a few other phones. I do not want to see him scam anyone else so please be careful!

Richard Lehman, Many emails appologizing but still nothing done

Richard seemed to me to really want to solve this problem. He sent me emails, called me everything. He was upset and threw around slander and talking to his lawyer but in the end just kept apologizing. However after believing him and removing the Craigs List warnings he stops talking to me. I was busy with work (This was Saturday that he apologizing) yet last night I let him know I had the day off and would be calling him. Here it is Tuesday and he does not answer emails or phone calls not even the one I sent monday night. However I just reposted the Craigs List ad and guess who calls. I called 2 times over a 2 hour+ period and he sent me to voice mail the second time. Yet as soon as I post he calls me. I even emailed his after each call letting him know I would be taking these actions. He has now emailed me back I can see. I learned his last name from the caller ID lets get this gentleman handled. I have kept all his emails admitting to the problem he created and apologizing. But this time I am not removing the listing. He only cares when it affects him so now its going to affect him all the time.

I just got an email from a guy who has dealt with him before, his name is James Young. He is a nice guy and says he used to do flashing for this guy and he is a scammer. He is fixing the phone for me and making everything work. So atleast I can get the phone working... Although I might just sell it as I like having my sidekick 3 back. I will give it a try for a month no reason I shouldn't since I have paid for a month already. But be warned it seems this guy is constantly causing problems for people, lieing and has no idea what he is doing. He buys these phones from eBay and half the time it seems they do not even work. I was told quite a few stories of what this guy has done. Its time we get these reports together and put this scammer out of business.
