Yes, Paul Cohen has been over the top with his consistent reporting of CCDN/R&G Marketing/Robert Lock/Tracey Webster/Richard Russ...blah, blah, blah. BUT>>>>>>>>>>
Maybe that is his intention, I really do not know. But what I do know is that this group suing anyone for "defamation of character" is a joke in itself. They have no character. They are bad people.
I can say that, because I know. I am one of their victims. And it would bring me great pleasure to sit in a courtroom and share that experience with any Judge, juror or legal defense that he or anyone else might have. Not because I support Paul's outspoken behavior, but because I know these people are nothing but trouble and will be nothing but trouble for you if you sign up with them.

Paul Cohen, the author, has promised in an email to post fake postings. Is the CCDN being sued? Yes! By ONE Plaintif. That person has requested the court to make the case a class action. However, that HAS NOT been granted by the court. So far, the court must believe there is no case for class action. So indeed Paul Cohen's statement is a lie. Currently there is NO class action case pending against the CCDN. Paul Cohen is simply incorrect. Since he has claimed to be an attorney, he should already know the difference. However, in reality, he is not an attorney so if he told you he was report him to the appropriate athorities. One thing about lawsuits, if you have the filing fee, you can suit against anyone you want. Does that mean you have a case? No. Does it mean you will win? No. Almost any company in the United States that has as many customers as the CCDN has, faces lawsuits at some point in time. That does not mean they are legitimate nor does it mean the CCDN has done anything wrong. I can file suit against President Obama. Do I have a case? No. Would I win? No. Does it mean President Obama has done something wrong or a criminal act? No. However, that is what Paul Cohen would like you to believe that just because a lawsuit has been filed, the CCDN is automatically guilty of something. When in fact, that could not be further from the truth. The CCDN IS a viable solution for consumers. They do get the job done. However, if you want to believe a competitor of theirs, Paul Cohen, a non-attorney who claims to have developed a better legal strategy, I would say go ahead and do his "process". Paul Cohen was fired as a marketer by the same people he is trying to bash. Do a Google search on "Paul Cohen Credit Defense League". Scroll down past HIS rip off reports and view the site bearing his name. You will find all sorts of interesting information about him there. Even the proof that he was fired as he claims he was not. Get real Mr. Cohen, these people are not as dumb as you would like them to be!

ON THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WEBSITE - I know nothing about this company personally - however where most people go wrong is failing to research the business in general and LEARN HOW TO AVOID THE SCAMS. PEOPLE GET SCAMMED BECAUSE THEY DO NO RESEARCH FIRST. This is not something that you can choose out of the Yellowpages or based on a commercial. In this current economic crisis - the SCAMMERS ARE OUT THERE IN FULL FORCE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/menus/consumer/credit/debt.shtm Read about credit counseling, debt management programs etc - LEARN FIRST THEN CHOOSE! THERE IS TONS OF CONSUMER INFO OUT THERE ON THE INTERNET - FREE USE IT

Hi Chas, I looked into CCDN also and almost all the complaints are coming from "Credit Defense League". If you read some of Credit Defense League complaints......they will sign off with a promo for their service, they are obviously a competitor company spamming CCDN in a big way. I also checked with FTC BBB and Bar associations and there was no complaint? If CCDN was really doing what Credit Defense League is saying someone would have filed a formal complaint. I will tell you why there are no formal complaints, because to file a formal complaint that is not 100% true and verified is a criminal offense! Credit Defense League stop your spamming!

From the reports it would seem that this group CCDN is a bad group of people. It could very well be so. However, I am bothered by the singular source of the compaint. They all pretty much come from the same entity. I don't see any from the consumer. This should not be the case. I would think that with the vileness of this group, in so many places with so many people, that we would see complaints from the people who have had the experience. I am not with any of the companies, and don't have a dog in the fight. However, I have been looking into companies like these. It would greatly help if the defense league could encourage the consumers to help the rest of us. If they don't it will leave suspicion on the reporter of the scam. Rightly or Wrongly
