RIDDEX PLUS THEY SENT A PRODUCT THAT ONLY CREATED A BIGGER PROBLEM, THEN DECIDED NOT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK BY SAYING I KEPT HALF THE ORDER. ADDISON Texas
To start they charged me, from Texas to California, $17.90 shipping and handling on something that weighed less than a disposable camera! Then I receive the products with excitement, after about three weeks of waiting, to find that it doesn't work. In fact this product created a much bigger problem for my household. There were more bugs than I could stand. I returned the products in time for my refund and gave the comapany time to process it. After about a month, I called for the status of my refund and was advised to wait a little longer. Waited about another month or so to call and hear, per their wharehouse, only one of the two devices were in box. Bottom line, I feel like they needed to come up with something to avoid giving me my money back. I'm sure that a lot of people after purchasing this junk wanted their money too.
