Rios Computer Design, Sandy UT Scam Scammer Theif Theives Sandy Utah
We regrettably dealt with this company through eBay, where they purchased two used SSDs from us. A few months later, they purchased a new SSD of the same make and model. Shortly thereafter, they opened a case, claiming that the new drive was defective, and they would need to return it. What we received from them was one of the used drives from several months earlier (which was tested, and found fully functional). We reached out to them in an attempt to resolve the issue, but it was not an opportunity they chose to avail themselves of.
This company essentially stole our merchandise, and refused to acknowledge or right their wrong. They have exhibited extremely poor business practices, and their dishonesty and complete lack of ethics is appalling. We warn anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. If you are looking for an honest company to trust with your electronics, this is definitely not the one.

We have checked back extensively through our system for any possible mistake or misunderstanding and we have found that we honestly and sincerely have never used your products or services related, on general online stores like eBay or others similar, as we use 3 Direct Distributors for the last 4 years. Unfortunately you are MISTAKEN, Rios Computer Designs is not familiar with your company at all. We do however sympathize for your situation, as we are appalled by such practices. We certainly understand your position and the SCAM to customers or vendors is NOT TOLERATED by any of our Staff under any circumstances.
