RIVER VALLEY POWER & SPORTS RIPOFF BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING. FAILURE TO HONOR VERBAL AGREEMENT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. WORK PERFORMED W/O APPROVAL. ROCHESTER Minnesota
I purchased several polaris four wheelers aprox $15000.00 worth the engine seized on the 500. After only 2 hours of riding a new engine was installed leaving the air flow meter disconnected, huge gouges in radiator and several bolts loose or missing along with the chain loose. Now they want me to pay to have the repair done correctly after they butchered it.
The 2nd machine was in for a fuel leak and a noisey chain. Once again it was repaired under warranty and now the chain needs replacement and the carb repaired. The servicing tech said if they did it right it would not have to be done now.
On the 3rd and newest machine the starter hangs up and stays running. They can't find a fault now however wait until the warranty runs out and they will find a problem. I called polaris customer service and spoke to Joan Harlen who said there was nothing they could do so if you buy POLARIS PRODUCTS don't expect customer service. If you buy from river valley - BUYER BEWARE!
