RIZZA FORD ripoff RIVERSIDE Illinois
I bougth a car from this dealer one week ago they give me the car it was a five hundred wich i agree to pay $590 doll. per month. Then they told me i needed proof of income for my wife and me because both of us were going to be in the loan. Two days later my wife got laid off and i called my salesman and explain what had happend and he told me that if i didnt had proof of income that deal was dead and i had to return the car,which i did right away the same afternoon. He check the car in and out and got the keys from me so i did left. This morning i whent out to get another car and two hours later people from rizza ford call me and told me that i needed to get my car because it was ready, that they were going to wave the proof of income the i needed. I told them that i bougth another car already and i had no choice but to say no, now they telling me the i have to get this car or im going to have a repo. what kind of bussines they tring to run. I dont know what to do now.
