We take our business very seriously. We have helped a multitude of people keep their homes, where they otherwise would not have been able to (myself included). Our refund requests have been few & far between. We try to process them as quickly as we can. If this is one that has been overlooked, I cannot tell. I also am unable to determine what the specific circumstances are with this particular indivdual. We do not scam. We perform our job to the best of our abilities. There are many reasons a client may become dissatisfied, such as not liking what their Bank is willing to offer, in most cases it's better than what they had, principle reductions are not always granted; we never promise them, clients come to us after they are in too deep with the foreclosure process for us to help them. These are but a few reasons in which a modification does not work or suit the client. Depending on the individual Lender, we have experienced modifications taking 2 to 8 months in some cases for resolution. Because of the emotional tie we all have with our homes, the prospect of losing one's home provides an easy outlet to lash out at those who've attempted to help, but maybe were unsuccessful. Again, the vagueness of this complaint doesn't allow me to address a specific issue. Our phones are on M-F 9-5pm. We answer our phones everyday. The only reason a call may go unanswered is if all lines are lit up & a call will go to voice mail. However, this is few & far between.
