I ordered my product (a switchblade kit) and it arrived on about 4 days. I opened the package up to assemble the knife and one of the locking springs was broke. I contacted the dealer and that's when everything went bad. The dealer was rude and arrogant. I told him my issue and that i was wanting to know the return policy the very first sentence he sent back "your're just being stupid." I tried to be professional as to tell him that calling me stupid wasn't going to help the case and that I don't accept that as a customer to be an answer. Mind you this has been going back and forth for there days now. Not only was the product not good quality, it came broke from shipment. I'm not going to say it was the dealers fault as I know things get banged up it shipping and I never blamed him for it being broke. Also to match the quality of the product the service was worse. I was told I had to pay for the replacement part before I even has it fully assembled. As for the product 3-5 stars and the service was 0-5 stars. My point isnt as much about the product as it is the dealer. He refused to work with me on anything and refuses to give me any information regarding return policy. He has acted like a child callinf names, being rude, and telling me he doesn't need me as a customer. He doesn't need me as a customer but my word should do some harm to his "business" on this site. I am also not the only person to have trouble with his dealer. I went on some forums to try and assemble the knife correctly and stared emailing a really nice guy on there saying he also refuses to order from him as he gets the same results as I. The product I ordered was : Delta Force Commando Black Tactical 440c Serrated Dagger OTF Double Action Automatic Switchblade Flick Knife KIT This product can be ordered from other places. The product got 3-5 stars because it feels good in my hand and it's a really nice looking and cool design. On the other hand the blade with get jammed as well as, I had to make my own spring seeing as the dealer refused to help. The dealer on the other hand, deserves a :warning, stay away: 0-5 stars. He continues to call me names and will not give me the information I want and is being very ignorant and unprofessional. Thank you for your time.
