Robert Sugar I was defrauded. I requested a refund but was denied. Answer was "It Works". Holden, Massachusetts
I purchased the "program" on November 6, 2009. In speaking with the telemarketer, Anthony Favata, the National Sales Manager, he failed to advise me of the different products that may be available. When I received the package I learned that I was sold the TUDOR PRGRAM that does not qualify for a refund.
I found the program to be a useless CD with similarly useless 92 pages of paper. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office at www.myfloridalegal.com. The telephone number is 850-487-1395. I am a resident of Massachusetts. As Florida is the proper venue for a legal complaint, I cannot afford to hire an attorney to represent me in Florida. However, if any Florida resident is prepared to initiate a class action lawsuit, I will opt in. These scammers should not be allowed to get away with their fraudulent activities. I hope that someone will take the bull by the horn and make a serious attempt to recover our losses.
