Rock Solid and their fake in house financing company: Credit Security Acceptance (CSA), is nothing more than a group of thugs. I just paid off a loan with them and have my title to a vehicle which has been nothing but problems since I owned it. I never bothered taking it to them because you can't get an appointment with a mechanic (actually a pretend mechanic who knows a lot less about cars than I do), with a make believe warranty they pawn off on you during the financing stage. I should have known when they video tape you watching a video in a small room, without a sales rep or finance officer, of their policies and signing contract papers that something was wrong. They call you the day of or even the day before the payment is due. The people calling / emailing you are not very educated but try to be intimidating. They will call your references and embarrass you if the payment is two days over due. Most places I would think would at least wait a week before doing that. The closer you get to paying off the vehicle the more they threaten you with repossession if you are a day or two late. That's probably because they want the vehicle back to re-sell again to another victim. Please do not purchase from these people no matter how bad your credit is. They need to be put out of business. You will regret your decision as most people do. It has been a painful three years dealing with these guys. I am sooo glad I am done with them. Again if you are thinking about doing business with Rock Solid, Run away as fast as you can!!! Don't do it!!! Oh and by the way they only report on your Trans-union report so don't think they are going to improve your other two credit scores. Another underhanded thing they pull.

First of all, they make it virtually impossible to get an appointment.  I have brought my car in several times and the car is no better off.  They make you drop your car off for the entire day (which is totally inconvenient) but you do it because you think they will fix it.  NO!  I can go on and on...but my point is this...DO NOT PURCHASE a car from these people.. YOU WILL FULLY REGRET IT.  I think this company nees to be put out of business!  Sooner or later, they will be.  Please, again, please be super careful with this company.

You see, this is the response I expected. These guys will continue to push high mileage lemons on people.  What's their excuse for only reporting to one credit bereau? Again, stay away!!! The immature response should tell everything you need to know. A credible company would have been less defensive and a lot more professional in their response. Enough said.

If you've NEVER taken the car in for service, how do you know the mechanic isn't qualified?  If you've never taken the car in for service or repair, how do you know the warranty is no good?  Perhaps the REAL STORY here is you are a SUBPRIME borrower who became SUBPRIME because YOU developed a reputation for NOT paying your bills on time.  Banks don't trust you and neither do these guys because of your SELF DEVELOPED payment record.  They don't trust you, so they call you with reminder calls.  They did you a favor by financing you when nobody else would.  Perhaps the real story here is they managed your account closely because YOU told them to because YOU developed a deadbeat reputation before coming to them.  You resent that and now its time for you to "get even" by attempting to trash the dealership.  Maybe you should redirect your efforts by keeping your word and paying on time!
