Rocknhomes False Advertising - Misrepresentation Neptune Beach Florida
This company advertises drive by and semi annual inspections, guess what, the inspections are just "internal" use and they are not given to the client. When any information is transmitted to the client its' in email form. Whereas, the inspection is not dated, signed or noted with pictures. They think this is good business and they have done nothing wrong.
I live two states away from my property and paid dearly for absolutely no protection for my home. My house stinks with odor, the carpet is destroyed. I will need to put several thousand dollars in the house now to be able to re rent it and get what it's worth.
Such a shame, I should have been less trusting.
A word to the wise, before engaging this company ask them specifically what they provide for a property inspection and compare to other companies. I wished I had done this. Note, they are very high end on their price as well. While shopping for a better a company, I actually found one that does complete a comprehensive property report, together with pictures, signatures, while comparing the same rooms time after time. So there are good companies out there who do provide good protection for your rental, unforuntely, this Rocknhomes is not one of them.
