ROOM STORE ARIZONA Warranty NOT Honored - Don't be suckered into paying for this! Internet
I spent hundreds of dollars on a 5-year warranty protection plan for my upholstered sofa. I was told it did cover ANYTHING my dog did to it. My dog was sick and threw up on it. They sent CCR Cleaners from Glendale, AZ to clean it. The guy tried to hustle me for another $50 cash to clean the whole sofa. Meanwhile he did not get out the dog vomit stain and now Room Store is telling me that my warranty is invalid because I did not have a full sofa cleaning so they are NOT responsible for the dog vomit stain or the fact that the guy did not get the stain out. So beware, don't even bother spending money on furniture protection plan because it really is not protected by Room Store. This is just another useless plan that they make money on and you can't collect on.
