I paid for a 3 day service and cancelled. I completely forgot to look at it because I had cancelled. They charged my account for a full month. I have sent several emails and have asked for a number to contact someone in person but I keep getting emails stating that I have a response to my open ticket and provides a link. When you click on the link it takes you to the home page but does not show you the message but requires you to subscribe I believe to see the rebuttal to your original concern. I have to continue to open a new ticket asking them to call me or provide me with a number to call someone. I can not find a number on the site.
If you hit contact us it takes you to an email box. I wonder if anyone even looks at the emails because I keep going in circles with the emails. I can not get an anwer but have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and manta. I have requested a refund and every reply I get from roomsters.com it provides me with a link and I think I have to renew my subscription in order to see my message. I have asked them to send the response to my personal email or have someone call me or provide me with a number so I can speak with someone. I do not get this service how they do not provide a number to call or have someone call to resolve the issues of consumers. They have many complaints on BBB.org. They should be ashamed to call themselves a business.
