Route 66 Extended Warranty Paid partial car repair Mountain Home Arkansas
Air condition in vehicle stop working had to take to Carmax repair to get it fixed since we purchase from Carmax. Route 66 didn't want to cover having shrader valve, fan clutch, expansion tube replaced said they had a problem with the mileage report because the last two time vehicle was in the shop it came in with different mileage like the mileage was being rolled back well first off the the vehicle is an Escalade so how do you roll mileage back when everthing is electronic ok so when carmax finally got that worked out the next day they would only pay partial. They will not pay for the freeone being replaced in the vehicle nor the taxes or the diagnostic. This is such a rip off. My understanding is they cover vehicle cost from front to back but that is a lie. The last time my vehicle was in the shop it took them days to approve for the vehicle to be fixed. It is evident that Route 66 wants your money but they don't want to cover the cost of getting your vehicle repaired. I will never used this company again or refer them to anyone. I am left with a $212 repair bill when it is much cheaper to to have a deductibel of $50 or $75 which is what I will be going back to on my next car purchase. Route 66 you are in business only to RIP people off. You are a dishonest and scandalous company.
