Royaltie Gem is a scam! By the way Webster defines scam as.... a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation.

When I first watched the introductory video back in May 2017, they had a great pitch! I instantly wanted the product to market my businesses. Right away i ordered 5 gems(May 19th to be exact).  I finally received my gems June 28th. 4 out of the 5 would actually function. I clicked them all twice as directed but this particular 1 gem still wouldn't work.

Once I received my gems in hand, I instantly sent in an email to activate my gems. They so-called activated my gems but they reflect the royaltie gem website instead of my website that I entered into the system. Yes! I am paying Royaltie to advertise THEIR company!

When I noticed this, I contacted them right away via email. They have no support phone, only a billing which they never answer that phone. It's annoying because it always take a minimum of 2 days for them to respond.

All this time I've been requesting a call to get this resolved quickly beause I had to go out of town and wanted to be able to use my gems. I took 2 trips this month and 4 since I've purchased the gems. I was very upset that I couldn't advertise my own business with these gems. While I was out on my honeymoon July 6th, I finally received a call from Brandy. I figured I could finally get this issue resolved and use my gems.

I stayed on the phone with her for at least 10 mins and she couldn't figure out the issue either. She stated she would have "Technical Support" contact me. At this point I am boiling. First of all I've waited days just to hear from someone and when she finally calls, she can't help?! #Pissed

So she sends me an email with my issue and tells me that someone will be in touch. Today is July 13th... 7 days later... My gems still don't work and noone has attempted to help me resolve this issue. I failed to mention that while I was on the phone with Brandy, I requested that Royaltie do not take anymore money from my account until this issue is resolved. She said she would relay the message...

Another rep replied a couple of days ago saying that someone from Tech support would get with me. I replied and asked if she could ensure they wouldn't charge my account, she said yes she has it under control. Well that's a lie because yesterday my account was charged once again for this piece of crap that I can not use! So at this point I am furious! I wrote in letting support know about the issue.

A lady name Lynda Vardy wrote back requesting that I send the gems back and she would " suspend my subscription". I replied... "I've paid for 2 months. Can you explain what you mean by suspend my subscription? Does that mean I lose my money and devices?"  She responds with "I'm sorry but we do not offer free trials."

Maybe she got me mixed up because I didn't ask for a free trial. I'm only requesting to get what I've paid for. Hopefully after someone sees this, they will take it serious and not play with other people's money or time. I will also be making a few videos(my videos get thousands of views daily) and writing up a blog post to let others know so they don't get ripped off as well!

Moral of the story, purchase advertising elsewhere if you don't want to be scammed!

OK, so that person didn't know how to change the message, get it approved and so on.

My issue with Royaltie is that despite puting out my three gems in HIGH traffic areas, I have finally verified that they work as a beacon but are completely ineffectual with producing ANY results.

Cool concept but I have yet to receive ONE visit to any link and I"ve had these for several weeks now. Also, even though I've BEGGED to have someone call me - they won't. Only email responses that many times are perfunctory and off-point. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  I will be going to my bank and cancelling my "subscrition".

To get the Royaltie ad off of your gem, you need to log into your Royaltie Gem back office and program your 40 character ad, then put in a https:// (secured URL) link into your admin interface.

Royaltie Gem manufactures a physical bluetooth broadcast product about the size of a key fob. They provide you with the back office admin panel to program your ad. They do not do it for you.

Read the instructions, or find instructions on YouTube.

Royaltie Gem is NOT a scam. You don't know what you're talking about.
