Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

These people ripped off my daughter. They sold her a 2003 Mini Cooper. They promised to fix all of the problems and kept the car for over two weeks and didn’t fix anything. This car was an over priced pile of junk. Their service department was run by a bunch of buffoons that didn’t know a crescent wrench from a crescent roll. Stay far far away from these jokers. Buy a bus pass and Uber your way through life. It would be less expensive than dealing with these morons. One day Karma will pay them a visit.

Lets see...you're coming here to complain AFTER THE FACT in regard to this purchase made by your daughter. In view of these problems, I was wondering why you weren't involved in this process from the start, but judging from your comments, I can see your involvement wouldn't have made one bit of difference! Perhaps YOU should have instructed your daughter to research this model before purchase. The both of you would have seen this exact model is a WELL KNOWN piece of garbage and if either of you would have used common sense, you both would have walked out! Secondly, the time to complain about the price of anything is BEFORE you buy the item...again, common sense prevails! Thirdly, common sense would have told you and her (if you would have practiced this quality) NOT to buy ANY car which has pre-existing problems! Finally, there is no such thing as "karma". I suggest you use your efforts to learn common sense rather than this karma nonsense. The very obvious bottom line here is it could be the dealer offered a piece of known junk to your daughter, however, if both of you would have used COMMON SENSE, you would have avoided this!
