I purchased an exhaust system from RPM outlet in October of 2006. It was delivered with missing pieces and the box was damaged. I had UPS pick up the box and send it back. I have been calling and emailing since January of 2007 and the phone is busy. Never a return email from them. I went into the Web site in August of 2007 and obtained the phone number. I have spoke to customer service and finally got ahold of George. It was sent back for a refund and it would take 10 days. I received the check and instead of the full amount of 564.80. I received a check for 289.95. I gave George a call and he is no where to be found and has not returned my call since August of 2007. I called the number on the check that was sent. Sales answered. I was told that the bookkeeper only comes in once a month and the refund was on the desk to do.

I have called the number and have spoken to several employees and no answer. I have made a complaint with the BBB of Houston, I have called the Attorney General and filed a fraud complaint, I have called the District attorney for the consumer complaint, I have contacted Channel 26 for consumer complaint. Channel 26 does news on business like this. We are keeping in contact until this is resolved with RPM outlet. I have also let them know I would come to Texas and appear on the Channel 26 " Take it to Aiken" the portion of the news that help solve consumer complaints and address them on the news

We here at RPM Outlet work very hard to try and keep all items in stock and shipped to the customer in a timely manner. We also have a newly reconstructed customer service department ready to handle any issues that a customer may have. However, as found with all buisnesses, considering the high volume of orders coming in and going out, there is bound to be a few unsatisfied customers. We do strive for total customer satifaction, and work very hard to resolve any issues a customer may have. For every dissatisfied customer there are a thousand satisfied customers. Unfortunately, there are little or no forums or websites designed for people to post positive information. Don't take their word for it, come and find out for yourself how wonderful RPM Outlet is for your aftermarket performance car needs.
