Amazon is known for ripping off their sellers. Everything you have heard about Amazon ripping of the sellers, who sell on their website, is TRUE, because it happened to me. A buyer reported to Amazon's A-Z Guarantee Claim that s/he never received the book. Amazon sent me an email stating that I had a few days to reply. I replied the same day and told Amazon about the transaction. I even supplied them with the delivery conformation. The book was delivered. Nonetheless, an Amazon Investigator replied a few hours later, finding me responsible for the chargeback, even though the book was shipped and delivered. Amazon Co. are cowards and unprofessional. I now understand why they call it the Amazon's A-Z Guarantee, because no matter what Amazon will always find the seller responsible (even if the product was delivered)! Why I'm I responsible for a book that I shipped? AND a book that was delivered? Shouldn't Amazon be responsible? Something is wrong with the picture!

Amazon takes most of the commission anyways - so they are just greedy. Most of the times when you sell on Amazon, they take most of the money for their commission, and the seller may be left with practically nothing. What's the point? So, I'm done with Amazon. I removed all my book listings (books for sale) from their website. Why should I contribute to Amazon's profit? They obviously do not care anything about the sellers. eBay and Half.com, totally gets it. I can't wait till Amazon gets sued and goes bankrupt.

IF YOU ARE CURIOUS ABOUT THE LOGIC OF THE DECISION HERE IS THE EMAIL SENT TO ME:
