Apparently it is ok for anyone to make an untruthful statement that has no factual basis but when the company sends a rebuttal the so-called unbiosed ripoffreport removes it? So now we sue the poster for lible - defamation and we will sue ripoffreport for having an ACTIVE interest in the defamation by prohibiting a rebuttal. With regard to this specific transaction. The buyer claimed there were 2 stains on both shirts which represented her entire order. As all orders are brand new sealed in the polybag this is next to impossible for 1 shirt, but both shirts it is impossible. The seller requested they send the item back and offered a full refund, which was a courtesy since all sales were final. This customer was treated respectfully and exceptionally well. J. It is certainly unfortunate that certain very few consumers ignorant of the law find it necessary to create legal liability for themself in a futile attempt to defraud us. Unfortunately for them it is easily proven when someone makes such a statement -who it came from, and this particular person is now being sued for lible. The above post is without any factual basis whatsoever, and does'nt even deserve a reply. RunwayCo is an advertiser and escrow service, this buyer is either confused, or just another consumer that though they could buy something online, and then make false claims in attempt to keep both money and item. Such a attempt is infact futile, and is reported swiftly to the authorities and to our legal team. J. Greene RUNWAY Legal Services
