Complaint Review: RV MANAGEMENT OF SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA - SAN DIEGO,CHULA VISTA California

The laws is that it is totally ILLEGAL for the citation, and then check the citation if they towed your car in under a hour, then file a small claims which the towing company will have to reinburse you for everything, then since your in the city of san diego file a police report on the illegal citation since as in our case paxtons drivers or any towing company are NOT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS that are sworn as such.The chula vista police at 1st took our complaint, but then ignored it due to the towing company being a city contracted service, the police did nothing, However PAXTON lost it contract since then and probaly due to their lateral company called Freds burgers were paying a cetain number of employees cash wages, for to avoid payroll taxes.

I live in la jolla, and I forgot to put up my guest parking permit on the dashboard when I visited and parked in a guest parking area, but i had the permit in my car. I also had to pay the 310 dollars fine along with that other 30 dollars citation.
It was also the work of network parking solution and Paxton towing company. and yes, they were very rude people.

I saw this report, and was wondering if it's possible to get my money back by following the steps the author provided..by going to the police office and file reports? Are they still illegal to operate their business and illegal to tow my car? (since I live in la jolla, does that mean they're legal to tow my car because i'm not in city of el cajon? )

somebody please, please give me some suggestions and advices of what I should do!!

12. Provide that the penalties for violation of the above provisions are a misdemeanor punishable by both jail time and a fine PLUS the other monetary penalties authorized in favor of the vehicle owner.

1st go to immedialty the chula vista police and file a illegal tow citation report, since it is ILLEGAL by state law  for any non police officer to write a  ticket and IMPERSONATE a law enforcement officer which they are doing by writing citiations, complain in writing to the police department and do not let them not take your written police report. Although its not a major crime to them it is to us citizens.

 And since Now that paxton lost its contract with the city of chula vista, the police should go after them for writing tickets and basically inpersonating a law enforcement officer since they have no more passive immunity, and since paxtons drivers are not law enforcement officers they have no right to ticket anybody, and that is the law.

Take the citation and the cost sheet that the scam artist manager at rv gave you to the small claims advocate here in chula vista, she will help you file the lawsuit against all three rv management, this john harris, and bo paxtons owner, h*o by the way owns freds burgers and pays some employees under the table so he will not pay payroll taxes according to a manager of his, and I reported them to the state and also to the IRS with the persons they paid no payroll taxes on with the persons names .

3. file a complaint with the district attorney special crimes unit, they have charged recently one towing company for racketeering, so since paxton operartes in the county they should be obligated to do something for us citizens, I have also a complaint on file since the 3 lied and I am taking them to court again, the part about john harris he was ejected for being very rude with the judge and was really close in being tasered.

4. Check the illegal citiation time marks, since it is also illegal to tow a vehicle in less than a hour and make sure the chula vista police has a record for the tow at the sametime as required by law, if there is no report, file a theft a report since the vehicles tow was not called in and reported as required by law.

These scum bags would not have a change if you take them to small claims court or better  yet contact the Turko files guy,  he loves to expose the turds and their scam.

Unfortunately, I have recently been another victim of Paxton's shady business practices.  I was wondering if you could provide any more information on the court case mentioned... such as a case #.  I want my money back from these dirty crooks... and from that slimeball, John Harris, at Network Parking Solutions!  I cannot believe my Property Management company where I live, R&V Management, even contracts with these guys, even allowing them to issue $30 citations IN ADDITION to the 300 dollars already paid to get the illegally towed vehicle released. Talk about adding insult to injury!  Any further information that you, or anyone could provide, that could help me sue in smalls claim court will be greatly appreciated.
